Mavietec Prefabricated Operating Room Wall structure (Modular operating room) is also called integrated operating room, which is composed of four walls: front wall, back wall, left wall and right wall. The ceiling is installed above the four walls and integrated with them. The outer surfaces of the four walls and ceiling are covered with panels, and the floor is laid with seamless rubber or PVC flooring, thus forming a modular pattern.
After the modular panels are transported to the site, they should be installed according to the installation layout diagram, following the numbers and sequence. No framework is required; instead, specialized standard connectors are used for plug-in assembly.
All joints are connected with screws, eliminating the need for welding or on-site cutting. During installation, all equipment and facilities should be flush with the panel surface.
Finally, high-quality sealant is applied to fill the gaps, ensuring that the wall panels, equipment, curves, and ceiling are seamlessly integrated into a single unit.
This technology allows for the production of over 100 mm high aluminum grooves using molds, which can be easily adjusted up and down through built-in specialized mechanisms.
The maximum adjustment height is 40 mm, making it suitable for uneven surfaces after general cement mortar leveling.
